The first point: meticulous daily maintenance, to ensure the normal operation of equipment is crucial.
Daily maintenance seems simple, but many times is not paid attention to, but also easy to ignore; But a lot of times big problems are compounded by small problems. To do with the clinical use of active cooperation, keep the surface of the instrument clean; Check whether the voltage and power supply are normal before use; During use, observe whether the function of the instrument is normal and fill in the use record. Develop good habits during routine maintenance to avoid damage.
Second point: equipment maintenance work, must be carefully handled, do not careless.
In case of equipment failure, information collection and preparation work should be done before maintenance. Including the model number, factory number, time of fault occurrence, abnormal sound when the fault occurs, whether there has been sudden power failure, whether the instrument has moved and other issues.
During maintenance, attention should be paid to the sequence of disassembly of medical equipment and do not force disassembly with brute force. Disassembled fastening screws, small pieces, etc., can not be conveniently placed, to be classified to avoid loss. After the completion of equipment maintenance, installation, and then in reverse order step by step to restore the original, no redundant accessories. The damaged parts should also be marked and restored to their original appearance after replacement, without any mistakes.

Detailed preventive maintenance should include:
Appearance inspection: first of all, check whether the buttons, switches, joints and sockets of the instrument are loose and misplaced, whether the contact of plugs and sockets is oxidizing, rusting or poor contact, whether the power line is aging, whether the heat dissipation and exhaust air are normal, whether the connection of all kinds of grounding and pipe is good.
Cleaning and maintenance: it is to clean the electrical and mechanical parts of the surface and the internal parts of the instrument, including cleaning the filter screen and the relevant pipes, cleaning the relevant plugs and sockets of the instrument, to prevent bad contact, and lubricating the necessary mechanical parts.
Replacement of wearing parts: to have reached the service life and performance decline, substandard components or parts required to be replaced regularly as specified in the operation manual to timely replace, to prevent the possible expansion of the fault or cause the machine failure. In the case of insufficient battery charging, the relevant personnel should be urged to charge regularly, and all kinds of obvious and potential faults of the equipment should be eliminated.
Performance test calibration: test the voltage stability value of each DC power supply, the voltage value or waveform to be tested in the circuit, and make necessary calibration and adjustment according to the requirements of the manual, in order to ensure that the technical indicators of the instrument meet the standards, to ensure the quality of the instrument in medical diagnosis and treatment.
Safety check: 1. Check whether the frame is firm, whether the mechanical operation is normal, and whether the connecting parts are loose, fall off or rupture. 2. Check whether various leads, plugs and connectors are damaged, whether the grounding wire is firm, and whether the grounding resistance and leakage current are within the allowable limit.
